Grateful for a successful and well received 1st session of Phebe Foundation’s IWD Fund, 2025 programme. The Fund was set up specifically to assist female small or petty traders, to grow their business with a free grant; as part of our activities during the world-wide International Women’s Day celebrations in March of each year.
The programme is designed to prepare 20 Phebe beneficiaries through intensive in-person life skills and training sessions. Beneficiaries will gain essential skills, coaching, and information to help overcome barriers and scale up their small trading business.
This year, the programme begins on 1st February 2025 with skills training and coaching. At the end of the sessions, beneficiaries will be awarded a free grant from the IWD Fund, as financial support to upscale current trade or create a new trade venture.
